SPORTS lovers are spoilt this May and June in what is an exhilarating time for all fans, no matter what code you follow.
It’s blockbusters galore at Stadium Australia – four codes and 10 games that will be the start of many “where-were-you-when?” conversations around the office water-cooler.
It all starts Friday 9 May with an AFL epic, as the last two premiers go head-to-head when the Sydney Swans tackle the Hawthorn Hawks . Adding excitement to an already hostile rivalry. Lance “Buddy” Franklin goes up against his old team for the first time since joining the Swans.

Then it’s your final chance to see the young and budding Socceroos before they depart to Brazil for the World Cup. The Socceroos face South Africa on May 26 that will provide as a trial selection for new Australian coach, Ange Postecoglou.

TRANSPORT INFORMATION
Fans are encouraged to leave the car at home and take advantage of the additional and direct trains and buses in operation for all the blockbuster games.
Return public transport on Sydney Trains and Major Event Buses are included in all tickets to the major events for the Sydney Swans v Hawthorn, NSW Blues v QLD Maroons, and NSW Waratahs v ACT Brumbies.
NRL fans should take advantage of the fact the cost of train travel is included in all tickets and Memberships, and leave the car at home.
