TEG Dainty and TEG Live welcome Transport NSW’s generous offer to give fans free travel on public transport to and from Stadium Australia, Sydney Olympic Park on Sunday, 16 February.
Transport NSW has declared that all tickets to the concert will include free travel on all public transport services including trains, Metro services, Sydney Olympic Park Major Event buses & regular buses, ferries and light rail services.
Express trains and Major Event buses will be running throughout the day and night to help fans get to the stadium and home again. For further details and to plan their trip fans should visit the Transport NSW event page here.
TEG CEO Geoff Jones said: “Australia is really pulling together to make this a special day that has a positive impact. We wish to thank Transport NSW for donating free public transport to and from the concert – it is a kind gesture in keeping with event’s inclusive spirit.
“With a sold-out crowd of 70,000 people, the best way to get to and from FIRE FIGHT AUSTRALIA is by public transport.”
All Australians will be able to watch the concert through the live national broadcast made possible by Channel 7 and Foxtel. Viewers will be encouraged to donate via www.firefightaustralia.com to support those whose lives have been impacted by the worst bushfire season in living memory.

FIRE FIGHT AUSTRALIA will feature global rock legends Queen + Adam Lambert, global superstar Michael Bublé (exclusive live cross performance), Grammy award winning Canadian singer songwriter k.d. lang, Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Famer Alice Cooper, and Irish superstar Ronan Keating along with a cavalcade of Australian music industry heavy weights (in alphabetical order); 5 Seconds of Summer, Amy Shark, Baker Boy, Conrad Sewell, Daryl Braithwaite, Delta Goodrem, Grinspoon, Guy Sebastian, Hilltop Hoods, ICEHOUSE, Illy, Jessica Mauboy, John Farnham, Lee Kernaghan, Olivia Newton-John, Peking Duk, Pete Murray, Tina Arena and William Barton.
The concert will be hosted by writer, actor and comedian Celeste Barber, who has raised more than $50 million towards bushfire relief through her own record-breaking online appeal.
