Integrated ticketing boost for Socceroos v Oman

FOOTBALL Federation Australia, Sydney Olympic Park and Stadium Australia today announced that all tickets to the 2014 FIFA World Cup Asian Qualifier between the Qantas Socceroos and Oman on Tuesday 26 March will include entry and return travel on CityRail trains, Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Bus Services, regular Sydney Buses (STA), Liverpool to Parramatta T-way buses and Sydney Ferries services.

With the match coinciding with the Royal Easter Show, which will take place throughout Sydney Olympic Park, fans should plan their journey and travel early to ensure they are in their seats before the match gets underway.

Fans are also encouraged to leave the car at home and take advantage of the additional and direct public transport services available for the event.

CityRail will operate regular and direct services between Central and Olympic Park, along with connecting services between Lidcombe and Olympic Park stations.

Sydney Olympic Park Major Event Bus services are operating on 11 routes across Sydney. Services will commence from 12.30pm with the last bus on each route departing Sydney Olympic Park at 11pm.

Sydney Buses will also operate to a regular weekday timetable. Route 525 operates between Parramatta and Burwood via Sydney Olympic Park.
