How many people does Accor Stadium seat?
Accor Stadium was designed to seat up to 83,000 people across General Admission and Premium Product areas.
What’s the best way to get to Accor Stadium?
Accor Stadium is well serviced by regular bus and train services, with direct Sydney Trains services to Sydney Olympic Park Station, approximately 300 metres walk to the stadium.

Can I smoke or vape inside the Stadium?
Smoking and vaping in the seating bowl and other public areas of the Stadium is not permitted.
There are dedicated smoking and vaping areas available. For directions to these designated smoking areas, please see an a stadium staff member.
Can I book a tour of Accor Stadium?
Tours of Accor Stadium are not available at this time.
Event Day Information
Will my bag be checked?
Yes. All bags will be subject to the security screening process.
To help avoid delays, it’s best to leave your bag at home. On all event days bag sizes are limited to 30x40cm.
Additional security processes may be implemented specific to event days. Check the event page for full information.
What if it’s raining on event day?
Events will go ahead rain, hail or shine at Accor Stadium unless patron and athlete/artist safety is at risk.
Accor Stadium is partially covered depending on where your seat is. Umbrellas may be brought into the Stadium but for the comfort of others may not be put up in the seating bowl.
Where should I park on event days?
Parking is available through Sydney Olympic Park.
It is highly recommended you pre-book parking, especially on major event days.
This should be done as far in advance as possible through the Sydney Olympic Park website.
On major event days, if you have not pre-booked parking you should not drive.
Can I buy merchandise at the Stadium?
Yes, there are dedicated merchandise outlets in the Stadium on the Level 1 concourse and other levels in the Stadium.
Can I bring food and drinks into the Stadium?
Food may be brought into the stadium. Non-alcoholic beverages may be bought into the stadium. Please note: No glass or cans are permitted. Certain events will require all beverages to be poured into cups.

Does the Stadium have a dress code?
Premium Experiences, Corporate and Members’ areas have a dress code minimum of smart casual.
As a minimum for general public areas, patrons must be appropriately clothed for a public place and must wear shoes. Patrons with bare feet will not be permitted entry.
Can I exit and re-enter Accor Stadium during an event?
Pass outs are not generally available for events.
What should I do if I want a special announcement on the big screen?
The content on screens during events is run by the clubs or promoters.
Please contact the home club/promoter directly for enquiries.
I’m with a tour group, coach or bus company, where do I drop off patrons on event days?
To ensure your bus or coach has a parking space during major events and to assist with the quick arrival of your passengers, bus and coach parking please pre-book your bus and coach parking with Sydney Olympic Park.
Can I bring a Pram into the Stadium?
For safety reasons, strollers and prams are not permitted inside Accor Stadium’s seating bowl.
Roped off stroller cloaking areas are internal of public gates, however, you should not leave any valuables in the stroller.
Please see event day staff for more information on storing your stroller during the event.
Ticketing
Tickets for all events held at Accor Stadium should only be purchased through the official ticketing provider – Ticketek.
All questions regarding ticketing should be directed to Ticketek on 132 849 or via their website.
Ticketing box offices do not operate at the Stadium aside from actual event days.
Where can I buy tickets for events at Accor Stadium?
Tickets for all events held at Accor Stadium should only be purchased through Ticketek.
All questions regarding ticketing should be directed to Ticketek on 132 849 or through their website.
Ticketek is the only authorised ticketing provider for Accor Stadium.
On the occasion another ticketing provider is appointed for an event, this information will be clearly reflected on the event listing.

What if I have purchased at ticket through Viagogo or other reseller?
Viagogo and other ticketing sites are not authorised to sell tickets for any event at Accor Stadium, and sellers on these sites often fraudulent.
Tickets purchased via 3rd party on-seller sites including Viagogo, Ticketblaster, Queen of Tickets, E-Bay, Gumtree (and others) may not gain entry into the event.
We have no ability to check the validity of tickets not purchased through official ticketing partners and cannot assist should entry be refused on scanning.
I have lost my ticket. What should I do?
All questions regarding lost tickets should be directed to the place of purchase.
For tickets purchased through Ticketek, please contact them directly on 132 849.
What if I need accessible seating?
For accessible seating and tickets, please contact the Ticketek Accessible Seating Hotline on 1300 665 915.
Can I book for a group?
The best option for group bookings is to go directly through our ticketing partner Ticketek. Their number for all events is: 1300 364 001
Do I need a Ticket for my child 3 or under?
For most sporting events, very young children 3 and under may be admitted free-of-charge on the provision they are accompanied by an adult and will share their seat and sit on their knee.
Please see the information on the ticketing page where you purchased your ticket, for specific event information to ensure this option is available for the event you are attending.

Does Accor Stadium have Wi-Fi?
YES! Fans can get FREE access to high speed Wi-Fi when at #AccorStadium.

Are there water refill stations inside the Stadium?
There is water available throughout the venue. Please ask one of our friendly event staff for directions to the closest one.
Is there parent rooms and baby changing facilities?
Yes. Our accessible toilet facilities throughout the Stadium also have baby changing facilities.
Are there ATMs?
Accor Stadium operates as a cashless venue.
There are no ATMs in the venue and cash payments are not accepted anywhere within the Stadium.
Is there First Aid at Accor Stadium?
Yes there are First Aid facilities located through out the Stadium. Please speak to one of our event staff on the day for assistance locating them.
