NRL fans are in for a bumper year at Stadium Australia with confirmation today of a host of Fans First initiatives put in place by the Bulldogs, Rabbitohs and Eels for the NRL Telstra Premiership 2019 season.

Return train travel to Olympic Park will be included in all tickets to regular-season Bulldogs, Rabbitohs and Eels matches at Stadium Australia, with no additional cost for fans, NRL Club Members and Stadium Australia Members.

In another win for fans, the Bulldogs and Rabbitohs have confirmed pricing for all pre-purchased tickets in 2019, with tickets starting from just $10 for juniors, $20 for adults and $40 for family tickets. Purchase your tickets to Sunday’s must-see Bulldogs v Eels clash now.

Bulldogs and Rabbitohs Club Members will also benefit from Reciprocal Membership Rights when they are the away team at Stadium Australia (Rounds 6 and 22).

In Rounds 3 and 4, Eels Members and fans will have access to integrated rail travel and the Eels Express Shuttle Buses from Rouse Hill, Castle Hill and Dural.

Stadium Australia will also continue their popular Fans First food initiatives. Starting this weekend, fans visiting Stadium Australia can enjoy a classic sausage roll for just $2.50, running for the month of March up until and including the annual Good Friday Bulldogs vs. Rabbitohs clash. Tickets for the epic match are on sale now.

NRL Chief Executive Todd Greenberg said this was another positive example of stakeholders and clubs working together to make it easier and more affordable for Members and supporters to take in all of the live rugby league action at Stadium Australia.

“There’s no doubt that plenty of new era players and performances will take place on-field at Stadium Australia throughout 2019 and today’s announcement is another win for club Members and supporters,” Mr Greenberg said.

“I am delighted that the clubs have worked with the Stadium to implement a very popular travel initiative and I expect thousands of fans will be taking up the train travel offer and experiencing some of the best rugby league games live throughout the season.”

Stadium Australia Managing Director Daryl Kerry congratulated the Bulldogs, Rabbitohs and Eels – in conjunction with the NSW Government and Sydney Trains – for supporting the transport initiative.

“There will be a feast of rugby league action at Stadium Australia in season 2019, starting with the Bulldogs vs. Eels this Sunday and it’s great news for the fans that train travel is included in tickets and Memberships to all premiership games at the Stadium this season,” Mr Kerry said.

The integrated train travel will apply to the entire Sydney Trains network and the NSW TrainLink intercity network.  That includes fans travelling from as far away as Bathurst, the Blue Mountains, Hunter Region (from Dungog/Scone), Bomaderry, and Goulburn.

Sydney Trains has also agreed, whenever possible during the NRL regular season, to provide two direct train services to Sydney Olympic Park when the two competing teams are Sydney based, and one direct train service when the opposing team is out of Sydney.
